Unit Functions
The foundation board is the ultimate governing body of the Steve Biko Foundation. The affairs of the foundation are governed in accordance with the Deed of Trust. The serving board may invite persons to serve on the board at any time. The current board members listed in alphabetical order, are:

Ntsiki Biko (Mrs)
Deaths : Raymond Mallach (Advocate)
The board has taken a decision to invite three more new board members, following the completion of the organisational development exercise currently underway.
