In order to implement this concept, the Steve Biko Foundation will form the Frank Talk Committee.  This committee will be advisory in nature and will assist SBF in selecting topics, identifying potential panelists and contribute to Frank Talk publications.  Committee members will be part of the target market, young professionals between the ages of 25 and 40.  Additionally, committee members will be drawn from a variety of disciplines and in many instances have constituencies of their own.  Administrative support and implementation will be provided by the Steve Biko Foundation.
